Yio Chu Kang Chapel Kindergarten's SSDB Launch party / Health and Fitness Day

To kickstart our SSDB project on Health and Fitness, we celebrated Health and Fitness Day.

Children enjoyed a day of fun activities that promote healthy lifestyle. They brought heathy snacks, learnt about My Healthy Plate, and participated in HPB’s Plug and Play zumba session together with their parents.
