During the June Holiday, we conducted lessons related to our SSDB project. We introduced the 3R’s to the children and discussed the importance of it. We did a KWL chart of the topic of recycling. We also showed the children some videos related to the topic of recycling. On 12th June 2017, we started making magnetic bookmarks and fridge magnets out of reusable materials such as egg cartons, cereal boxes, bottle caps and even plastic spoons. These items which are made by the children will be exchanged with the food items donated by the parents.
