This year, together with all the children, we decided to hold a family day and parents were encouraged to donate. The donation that we collected were donated to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home.
Children put in efforts to make a huge banner and helped to pack goodies bags that were sponsored by “Pokka Corporation Pte Ltd, Little Mind Builder Pte Ltd, Impressions Art Studio Singapore, Dumex Singapore, Sunstar Singapore Pte Ltd and Sofixpro Pte Ltd”.
During the family day on 28th May 2018, parents were encouraged to dress up in colourful outfits. Teachers had planned for many activities such as zumba, game stations, sing-a-long session, competitions and best decorated picnic area.
Mr Patrick, the representative from Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home came to receive the cheque of $4300 that was being donated by the parents and staff.
Everyone had tremendous fun during the event and we received many positive feedbacks from the parents.
