GSCKG NKF B.L.E.S.S Project- Day 8 (3 May 2018)

It was another exciting day for the children and the volunteers at the Tampines Dialysis Centre. The K1 parents had generously contributed canned tuna and loaves of Gardenia bread for the kidney patients for that day.

The children were all busy preparing spreading tuna on the white bread with the help of the parent and grandparent volunteers, social workers and teachers. After preparation, the tuna sandwiches were sealed in Ziplock bags to ensure freshness.

The children performed and dance to a Chinese song to the delight of the kidney patients. We are happy that the children are giving back to the society and they are also aware that there are less privilege people around us. We also hope that the children will grow into caring people who will always think and help people in need.
