13th April 2018 marked our 2nd session with Ah Gong(s) and Ah Ma(s). Today we observed GongGong(s) and MaMa(s) were more open toward the children and the children were also more chatty and comfortable with them.
Who said elderly are not trendy? Our Ah Gong(s) and Ah Ma (s) ‘dance’ to the music of ‘New Face’ by Korean singer PSY and they really enjoy the fast beat!
Today we exposed Ah Gong(s) and Ah Ma (s) to Japanese artist - Princess of Pokka Dots-Yayoi Kusama’s artwork. The children were deployed to work with them to complete their dotted star and heart and then put together to complete their artworks.
